

What is the Community Needs Assessment?
The Rochester–Monroe County TGNC Community Needs Assessment 2026 is a community-led effort designed to better understand the experiences, needs, challenges, and priorities of transgender, nonbinary, gender nonconforming, and questioning individuals living throughout Rochester and Monroe County.
The information collected will help identify service gaps, strengthen advocacy efforts, support future funding opportunities, inform future community programming, and help shape Rochester Trans Pride Fest 2026 and future community investments.
Participation is voluntary, confidential, and should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
